Established in a former Ladbrokes building in July 2022, we aim to engrain ourselves into the fabric of the Fiveways community, celebrating its rich tapestry of music, dance, food, art, and craft.

The Journey to Opening

Embarking on the journey to open the Lost and Found Craft Beer Taproom was a meticulously planned endeavor, inspired by our passion for craft beer and the vibrant Brighton community. Our vision was to create more than just a Brighton craft beer taproom; we aimed to establish a hub for both aficionados and newcomers to the craft beer scene, blending education, tasting, and retail in a single, welcoming space.

After a year of rigorous planning and obtaining necessary permits, we were granted permission to transform a former Ladbrokes on Ditchling Road into our envisioned taproom. The location was chosen for its accessibility and potential to draw both locals and visitors.

Our journey to opening was a testament to our dedication to craft beer and the Brighton community, laying the foundation for a destination where people could explore, learn, and enjoy the finest craft beers in a welcoming environment.

Our commitment to sustainability, a strong focus on local suppliers, and a philosophy that emphasizes excellence and ethical ingredients set us apart. By becoming a key part of the vibrant Fiveways community, we aim to create a space that not only serves great beer but also fosters a sense of belonging and community spirit.

At the Lost and Found Craft Beer Taproom, our calendar brims with events that cater to both the craft beer enthusiast and the curious newcomer. To ensure our patrons never miss out, we regularly update our events calendar, accessible here, with a variety of gatherings that celebrate the vibrant culture of craft beer.
